Our names are Ben and Sara and we work together in our practices to ensure we give you the most rounded and personalised experience possible.
The practice aims to connect the body and mind through the breath.
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style that connects individual poses or “asanas” with deep breaths or “pranayama” in a series of flowing sequences of movement.
Each class includes the three basic elements in yoga: Asanas (poses), Pranayama and Concentration .
Our classes are designed with creative sequences, synchronising the movements of the asanas ( poses) through the breath.
These classes also include sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.
Flow yoga classes tend to be more vigorous and aerobic, and classes can have a variety of music and themes.
The classes are multilevel, we adapt to the level of our students and help to get the best out of their practice.
