Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style that connects individual poses or “asanas” with deep breaths or “pranayama” in a series of flowing sequences of movement.
Each class includes the three basic elements in yoga: Asanas (poses), Pranayama, and Concentration.
Our classes are designed with creative sequences, synchronising the movements of the asanas ( poses) through the breath.
These classes also include sun salutations, standing, and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.
Flow yoga classes tend to be more vigorous and aerobic, and classes can have a variety of music and themes.
The classes are multilevel, we adapt to the level of our students and help to get the best out of their practice.
