Meditative, Strength-building, Realigning
In this class we go through the traditional format of hatha yoga, including pranayama, asana and meditation practice.
The focus of these classes is to improve alignment of postures and focus on movement with the breath.
You will be guided through the practice of breath control (pranayama) as well as physical practice (asana) with the goal to combine the two,creating a class of yoga as an active meditation, a time to realign with your authentic self and start the weekend refreshed and reenergised.
Classes are 8€ per person and take place on the Puerto Colon beach, using the energy from the early morning ocean to compliment the practice.
