- Wednesdays and Fridays – Yin Yoga, Yogic Philosophy , Anapana Meditation
- Thursdays – Power Vinyasa Flow , Pranayama, Anapana Meditation
Classes are suitable for all levels and catered to your experience.
No minimum or maximum amount of people, as we are outside and can socially distance.
Unlimited Space – Open Air Classes with enough Space for Social Distance.
